Dear parents & guardians, My name is Michelle Meehan and I am the Home School Community Liaison (HSCL) for St. Clare's Primary School. I have been a teacher in St. Clare's since 2010 and now work with parents, teachers and local community organisations to support positive educational outcomes for our St. Clare's pupils.  As part of my work, I meet with parents during visits in their homes, parent classes in school or at local community events. I work in partnership with our School Completion Programme and the Educational Welfare Officer to ensure our pupils have all the support they need to get the best out of their time in education.   Dear Parents/Guardians, It has been wonderful to see all our pupils back in school for the last few weeks with so many looking smart and wearing their uniform with pride. As you know, wearing a uniform has many benefits, including promoting a sense of pride in our school and creating a level playing field for all children. It also helps to ensure that children are dressed appropriately for a day of learning and saves families time in choosing what to wear each day. We have a beautiful new school and are so delighted that your children are learning in a warm, safe and comfortable environment. Wearing the correct uniform will help unite the pupils of St. Clare’s and this year, we are putting a big emphasis on complying with this.
